• At Earful, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for our ear wax removal services. We understand that you may find similar services offered elsewhere, which is why we offer a Price Match Guarantee.

• If you find a lower price for the same ear wax removal service for both ears from a local competitor within a 5-mile radius of the clinic you are booked into, simply provide us with proof of the lower price, and we will match it.

• The competitor must be a registered limited company with companies house, a reputable provider of hearingcare services and must have been trading for at least five years.

• The competitor's offer must be for the identical ear wax removal service for both ears in clinic and not including home visits, the competitors offer must include the same methods and equipment used

• The competitor's offer must be available to the general public and not exclusive to special membership, discounted or loyalty programs.

• The lower price must be current, valid, and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

• Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to limited-time promotions, clearance sales, or bundled offers.

As part of your claim the following information is required:

• Name of the Competitor including Website address

• Companies House registration number

• Proof of Competitors price and URL to the relevant lower priced service.

We will review your request and verify the competitor's offer. Once confirmed, we will adjust the price of your service accordingly.

At Earful, we strive to deliver exceptional service at competitive prices. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you can book with confidence, knowing that you're getting the best value for your ear wax removal needs, for both ears.​

Earful reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Match Guarantee program at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline a price match claim if it does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

• If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

• For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

• If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
